Microsoft Project xCloud Coming This October

While we didn’t get much new information it was revealed that the xCloud streaming platform will be available in October. While we’ve known about the Project xCloud, which is Microsoft’s answer to Google’s Stadia. Microsoft’s Project xCloud and Google’s Stadia is said to be a video game streaming service which puts all the computing power into the data center so that gamers can play on all sorts of devices wherever and whenever they want.

During the E3 2019 Briefing Microsoft announced that not only will you be able to stream from the Microsoft servers, you can turn your Xbox One into your own xCloud server and stream from there for free! No other details regarding pricing were given. This could be due to Google also not releasing pricing details. Who is going to make the first move?

Project xCloud is said to be able to stream approximately 3,500 titles from the Xbox Live library without changing a single line of code. It looks like Microsoft has already made their first move.
