Little over a year ago Turtle Rock Studios, the developers behind Left 4 Dead, announced that Back 4 Blood was in development. Since then, other than employment opportunities, information on this new IP has been quiet. Until now…
On the July 4th holiday, Turtle Rock Studios shared some concept art via social media, from Back 4 Blood.
The image, a little reminiscent of Far Cry 5, shows us very little. We can see a couple of survivors walking into a safe house named “Hope” and that it takes place in the United States. While there isn’t a whole lot that can be ascertained from the image but what we do know comes from the original announcement. Back 4 Blood will be a co-op survival zombie shooter with all new features and state-of-the-art technology behind it to be released on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
Hopefully, this is the start of more content provided by Turtle Rock Studios and Warner Bros to start promoting their new IP. According to Turtle Rock Studios, a trailer is in the works but no promises as to when it’s going to be pushed out. Hopefully that will be coming sooner than later.
No release date has been announced by Turtle Rock Studios or Warner Bros. Interactive as of this writing. Keep your browsers pointed here as we cannot wait to get our hands on this title.
